No later than next business day after making the reservation we contact the customer
via e-mail supplied during the transaction in order to confirm the reservation.
In the e-mail we confirm total price of the ticket.
- We will send reservation confirmation or proforma invoice if required.

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the customer needs to make payment into our bank account. The payment needs to be done within 24 hours from the time of reservation.
- If the credit card data is supplied during the reservation the tickets are issued without fruther confirmation.

The airline tickets are issued in electronic form and sent to the e-mail address provided during the transaction. The printed tickets may be issued on demand with additional cost.

Purchasing airline tickets of the low cost airlines via our booking engine is possible only with use of a credit card. In this case the card is charged at the time of booking.

In case of credit card payment, the card may be charged separately for the air fare and transaction fee.

The reservation changes and returning of the travel documents after issuing of the tickets are limited, according to the fare regulations. In case of some fares
changing of the departure and return reservation is not possible or it requires payment of additional fees. The customers are invited to require about these costs prior to making a reservation.

In case of reservation cancelling before the ticket is issued, our company guarantees immediate return of all payments made by the customer for the cancelled reservation.

The passengers' names should be entered without special national characters - only letters of the Latin (English) alphabet are allowed. Failing to do so will
result in wrong passenger data on the ticket.
Additional instructions for customers willing to make a reservation in our booking engine:
- Enter the departure and destination airports, as well as the departure and return dates,
- Choose the passengers' number and ages,
- Remember that the prices depend on the seat avaliability on the given date.
This is why for flights on weekends and before the holidays the prices are higher,
- If the price is too high for you, try changing the departure and return dates.
