All the data gathered during the booking process and e-mail correspondence is collected solely for the purpose of supporting the airline tickets via Internet interface, for the tax purposes (invoice issuing) and answering customers' inquiries. The data is processed only by companies mentioned on the "Contact Us" page and respective airlines and agencies. The collected data will not be used to initiate contact with customers in the future, unless the customer requests such a contact.

The e-mail newsletter is provided by the Interserw company for the customers so that they can easily receive information about special offers of the airlines and other impoprtant information for travelling people. The newsletter subscription is voluntary. Subscription takes place by filling a form on the www.samolotyonline.pl website. The subscription can be cancelled at any time. The e-mail addresses will never be provided to another company without clear permission from the owner of a given e-mail address.
